Working towards self-care, positive and motivating self talk and compassionate understanding is a life-long journey. It’s often said that we wouldn’t dream of talking to someone else the way we talk to ourselves.
Be your own fan, friend and cheer-leader. Remind yourself how far you have come. Remember the hearts that hold you dearly, those you have touched. Think of the people whose lives you have touched and blessed just by being in them.
Love yourself unconditionally: Work on it by being kind and compassionate to yourself when you’re able to.
